It’s Not Just Nostalgia — Hawthorne Heights Take ‘If Only You Were Lonely’ Back on the Road
It was never just a phase because 20 years later emo fans are getting the iconic album If Only You Were Lonely by Hawthorne Heights live in its entirety this coming spring. Earlier today Hawthorne Heights announced the 20 year anniversary tour with support from letlive. and Creeper.
Hawthorne Heights are giving fans the full album experience — playing the record front to back along with deep cuts, fan favorites, and a few surprises for the diehards who have been screaming along since Myspace ruled our lives. The band is also known for bringing stacked lineups on the road, so fans can expect an emotional and high-energy night from doors open to final encore. Whether you’re reliving the glory days or discovering this album for the first time, these shows are a reminder of why Hawthorne Heights remain one of emo culture’s most enduring forces.
The tour kicks off March 3rd in Lexington, KY and ends April 1st in Little Rock, AR. Tickets go live this Friday October 31st so dust off those vans or converse and be ready to cry off your black eyeliner to one of the biggest emo bands in the world.
